Shauna did such an amazing job repairing our technology issues! She did not disregard our concerns but listened and worked specifically on areas where needed her help.. She also educated me on some of my apps, so that I had peace of mind. She fixed something on our home internet that would have probably never been checked by our internet company. We highly recommend her and should have done this a lot sooner. We will be calling on her expertise again in the future!

Im a first time pc builder, and Shawna helped me out when my pc wouldnt boot. Turned out to be something small, but was a relief to have someone more experienced take a look. Shes easy to book with, so I was able to book for the next day, and its nice not having to haul my pc into a shop, and leave it there for half the week. She was friendly and professional, and explained the steps she took to fix the problem. After that I had an issue with my motherboards wifi, and she helped me troubleshoot that as well. Her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. (:

Took my gaming pc here due to my pc crashing all the time and that made me feel like my two grand pc was done for, it also doesn't help that I've only owned it for close to 4 years now. They managed to find out the hard drive was the problem and took care of it in about about two days. It's been about two months since, and my gaming pc is running perfectly. I'm 100% coming back here next time I have an issue with my gaming pc.
