        On time, professional and did what they said they were going to do! I was particularly impressed with our technician, Pete, who was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing, asked questions and made helpful suggestions.

        They were referred by my realtor because of a pending sale of my house. Normally I always Goggle yet, did not in this case. Austin my technical was friendly and professional. The issue was they never consulted me prior to cutting numerous holes in my wall. My friend, who was there assisting me with the repairs, was providing approval rather than consulting with me THE OWNER. I find screws bolted thru one wall protruding thru the bathroom wall. I only hope none of the new owners 6 children gets cut by those screws.
