Staff here are very nice. Rooms don't look like the pix but still a nice room. Decent size fridge and freezer. Roku TV but I brought my fire stick. Randy the customer service agent that helped me online was awesome.

DON'T BE FOOLED WITH THE FAKE REVIEWS. ROACHES RUN DOWN , NO EMPLOYEES. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT IS SAID. ALL ABOUT CORPORATE AND HOW THEY CAN DO IT BEST FOR THEIR OWN GOOD. THIS HOTEL HAS WENT FROM DECENT TO JUST PLAIN SCARY. SAD TO SEE IT HAPPEN. DO YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. We stayed there for over 2 years . All is good so far. Very quite once it gets dark out. Kids play in play ground area. Rooms aren't bad. Ac works very well. Carpet is very very dirty - upgraded rooms don't have carpet. Kitchenettes will a big help for those who stay for long periods of time. Hopefully they will be done with some of them soon. Employees are very nice and helpful.(the very few they have ) Hotel has been through many changes over the years and while it was comfortable for the time we stayed (extended stay)I am glad to be a in good place in my life. Word of advice if your going to stay bring a broom and mop, towels and bed sheets and a hot plate. Rooms are not clean but according to them they are. The less you expect from employees (if you see them) the better your stay will be. Oh yeah bring the bug spray and look at beds for bed bugs. I can say I have never seen a Hotel or extended stay that operated the way this company does. If your expectations are not set high and can easily adapt you will fine with your stay. DON'T WASTE MONEY OR YOUR WELL BEING. NO STAFF ON GROUNDS VERY SHADIE ..TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. GHETTO NASTY DIRTY ROOMS STAINED LINEN. ROACHES IN ROOMS ! HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS BEING CALLED!
Rooms: Full of roaches floors dirty ...bathroom horrible! Updated not hardly. Expect nothing !!!
Safety: Not safe at All !
