Nice neighborhood close to Mulberry Walmart and Loyce E Harpe park. All homes are energy efficient. Zoned for George Jenkins Highschool. County trash, Frontier Internet, and Lakeland Electric utility provider. Lots are small.

I have worked with KB Home and Mary Varnum many times and currently have a home under contract in Parkside. My buyers are always pleased with the prompt communication, options and quality of construction. Mary is a true professional and delightful to work with. As a real estate professional, I work with many new construction reps throughout the year and Mary is always available for my buyer's questions, concerns and goes out of her way to help make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This experience was excellent. My sales person, Mary Varnum, was very professional. She kept me posted on all aspects of my home buying experience. She was very knowledgeable from beginning to the closing of my new home. There were minor delays that are understood in this economy but all of it wasn't within her power and we were kept totally aware of everything. I have used other real estate agencies in the past, but by far this was the most least stressful. Can't wait to make memories in my new home. Thank you so very much for everything.
