        I was fed up with how expensNHand 4 new phones_. and a $400 Visa Gift card ($100 for each new line) I was shocked at how much I saved! Customer service on the other hand was not best but good enough

        Should be easier to turn in equipment make you take a number like the DMV WAITED 30 MINUTES

        Horrible wait time does not matter if you have an appointment or not you will sit in this building while there is one to two people standing around taking their time helping the customers while there is a room full of people piling up with nobody to service them.

        Im SO thankful Melania Gonzalez helped me at the lakeland Spectrum store. She has been the only representative that has helped me get my dads bill lowered ! EVEN retention said that they couldnt help me. And very upsetting that somebody that has one TV no DVR home phone and Internet has to pay $260 a month. Spectrum should care about their older customers that cant afford these high bills. Thanks again Melania :-)
