Waited for 15 mins with no service (was seated at a table by hostess who was awesome). We left without having dinner. A family came in after us and was served (drinks) within 5 mins. What had really upset me was that servers had walked past us 4 times, and not one had acknowledged us!! Called back and talked with the manager and explained what happened. He did say he would address the issue with his servers.

Dukes restaurant south florida avenue, Lakeland, Florida. Went here with a party of 10. First off, we all were done eating our very cold and sub par food and my wifes food was never delivered. One person got no meat in her taco salad with no salsa. All the fries were cold for every meal. Drinks were forgotten when ordered, hush puppies were not delivered. The manager never came to our table. Very sad that the Dukes franchise also would promote their servers to wear clothing that exposed their breasts and buttocks. These were nice looking girls that were getting exploited by Dukes management and from what we all saw most of the customers were disgusted. We will not be back. Poor management, poor food quality, poor service and a sad atmosphere created by Dukes corporate for all female servers to be exposed as they were. Not a surprise why the place was less than half full. Girls have some dignity and respect for yourself. Dukes obviously doesn't.
