        This mobile home park is not but a skip and jump away from where I live. I have been told that they have no club house or no H.M.O. It is much smaller place then where I live. I live in Sterling mobile home park. Now we do have a club house, no H.M.O. AND OUR RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR. IT IS 441.00 NOW I HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT EL CAMBA IS SUPPOSED TO BE CONNECTED TOGETHER.

        My friend and I waited all day to see if his offer was accepted on a mobile home trailer. The office person told my friend that they had accepted his offer and requested he meet for closing on the following Wednesday and after the much Celebrated residents party My friend and I left for Ohio to return his uhaul. The next day he received another phone call they had accepted his offer??? We were told that before we left town. Now they wanted 3000$ more. Lol. Stay away from this group and the other parks they own. Not to be trusted.
