America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a great experience at Americas Best! I was a first time customer. I was completely impressed by the level of service I received. Ralph was so helpful with the handling of my Eye Med Insurance benefits. Then helping me pick frames; he was so patient and helpful in finding just the look I wanted. I was told it would take two weeks before they were ready once ordered. Well much to my surprise, I was so excited to receive a text to let me know they were ready in only 10 days. The ease of pick up was wonderful too. Elvia & Ralph helped in that, assuring the fit was perfect and also reviewing details of caring for my new glasses! Americas Best definitely lived up to its name!

Americas Best has done a great job for me for the past several years meeting my need for glasses, contacts and prescription sunglasses! They have a super sweet staff and great selection of cute designer glasses to choose from! I wont go anywhere else!

Great experience from everyone. Special thanks to Elvia and Octavia from my 1st phone call to the office experience from these ladies was much appreciated as customer service I received from them I feared was gone but not these ladies great job ladies thanks for a great experience.

We made an appointment at the merchants walk location. A huge shout out to the team at this location. They provided my husband and I with great service. Their team work came through during our visit. They don't have to tell you about their team work. Their actions show it. We have never been more welcomed in an establishment like America's Best. Our experience was great, their patience and thorough service was stellar. Thank you Logan, Dr. Rosa and Candies. There was one more lady who I didn't not get a name . Congratulations ladies for creating a positive and friendly environment and an awesome experience.
