Red Lobster

I have no idea what happened in this location over the past 6 months but every time I have dined in it has been a catastrophe. The management is lacking in respect for their workers, workers are not being trained properly and go missing the entire time we had to ask the lady that sat is to get our salad and refills on all our drinks and food...she's the hostess with mostess by far. My last trip I ordered take out and now feel that maybe the way to go even if I did want endless shrimp. We wouldn't get but an order any way. It's really a shame because a year ago they had amazing staff and now the moral is just low. I blame management. .

Been going to lakeland red lobster for years. But I have never seen this much un-organization. No management to be found, host were not using any type of check-in procedure. Took us 20 min to even get drinks after we were sat. Two groups had left right before we walked in and they are not even busy.

Food was delicious, however our server never cleaned any dishes off our table, we had 9 empty glasses by the end of dinner all piled up on the end of our table, our plates were stacked to the brim waiting for removal that never came. Food was forgotten several times and server no where to be found. Abysmal service.

It was OK but pricey for what I got . The drinks were better than the food . Sorry
