Josh did a great job. In/out in about an hour.

Dylan Anderson serviced our septic on 3/21. He was fantastic. He explained everything along the way. He was thorough, professional and honest. Dylan went above and beyond for us considering the size of our yard and the bushes that were clearly in his way. Averetts maintenance plans are a fantastic idea and a must.

Had routine biannual maintence of septic system. So fortunate to have Tim as the technician that serviced us. He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of our system. He was very respectful of our home and property and left things nice and clean. He was also very patient and knowledgeable in explaining options of services to help our septic system work efficiently. As a first time septic system owner, it was very comforting to have someone like Tim who took the time to break things down for understanding and offered options to us in a non-pushy objective manner. Would definitely suggest Tim and Averett. Amazing experience with this company in the time we have been customers!!
