Staff needs to greet their customers coming in the stores and music throughout the store should be contemporary and jazz music that's pleasant One worker should remain on sales floor so if customer needs an item off top shelf or rack thats up to high an employee will be their to assist them.Bathroom should be accessible for shopping customers.I shouldn't have to go somewhere else to use the restroom and disrupt my shopping visit because you won't allow customers to use the bathroom whose spending money to purchase product and clothing from your stores.Reopen your dressing rooms people need to try on clothing to make sure they fit properly before buying.More diversity in your establishments is highly needed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into this store about a week ago because it's across the street from my job and I needed to find some black pants for a new part time job that I got. When purchasing the pants, I asked if they had a fitting room and the young lady told me no, they didn't, so I asked could I return the pants if they didn't fit. The store associate told me as long as I had my receipt that I could return the clothes. I don't shop at Rainbow, but I took a chance because it's convenient for me since it's by my job. The sales associate today when I went back to return the items informed that I could not get my money back because it had been 7 days. How was I supposed to know that if that information was not told to me. If I ask an associate about returning clothes if they don't fit and they don't tell me about your policy, how am I supposed to know. The associate today kept saying it's at the bottom of the receipt and I explained to her that if I am asking an associate about the return policy, then I am not looking at the bottom of the receipt. I had to get an over $30 store credit that I didn't want because of an error on your part. How is that right or fair? & the other associate that was behind the counter was there the day I bought the pants and asked the associate about the return policy and never did she say anything about the 7 days either. It's the holidays, I don't know about anyone else, but I don't have money to waste, and I don't want a store credit from a store I don't shop at. I will NEVER shop at this store again. For the fact that you sell clothes and don't have fitting rooms is crazy anyways and once I saw that I should have gone with my gut and went somewhere else but once the associate confirmed i could return them as long as I had the receipt, I didn't think I would have this issue. Whoever the manager is over this store, you need to have your associates to clearly explain the return policy and either circle or highlight the policy on the receipt. Thats's your job to tell us...it's not our job to figure it out. $35 gone down the drain...and the girls that work the front counter...I understand if Spanish is your first language but it's rude to start speaking in that language when someone is coming to you with a complaint, and it would be rude if anyone that spoke another language did that. It's common courtesy. When someone comes in with a complaint and you begin to do that, the only thing I can put in my mind is that you are speaking fowl about me. It's about making the customer feel comfortable since we are the ones contributing to your pay. I gave this store a try and I truly regret doing that.
