Arrived here for a delivery where I was met by a guy behind a desk that could be replaced with a sheet of paper. You can just put the delivery there but we are not responsible for it, he says. Multiple times mind you. This delivery requires a signature, so I can't. I can however return it and I still get paid the delivery fee, I might lose the tip, but I'm getting paid either way. I was informed that police like to give $30 dollar tickets if you don't park in a non existent delivery parking space or apparently some place far away. This was kind of interesting being at a place of higher learning. The boy behind the desk was much more interested in talking with the other person behind the desk than giving any care that I'm delivering cold medicine. So I guess the jist here is if you notice your son or daughter dead from covid, no worries I'm sure the lawyers will take care of you, or if you got a cold just spread it around school, because you have no access to a timely delivery. If you are a student please make sure your contact info is up to date so you can get your meds, or whatever you are asking to be delivered or stop by the front desk and find this male sheet of paper, for a good cough. I did find an angel here though. Someone that could be a value add to the community, it was amazing and thank you for being a human and taking your time to help someone else. Remember, you weren't really helping me, I could have just returned the delivery and I would have been compensated regardless. You helped a fellow student. You Go Girl! If you are reading this looking for writing mistakes, I might point out, that enjoy giving you something to do to make you feel superior in life. You are welcome. This is a school, we live in a high demand delivery world and you house humans here who order what might be referred to as stuff. It might be nice to have a delivery parking spot instead of being threatened with a $30 dollar ticket. That is probably too much to ask from educators. I have found their parking spaces out way human life. I learned that from Henry "Shake" Washington. Former military, former principal.

this is not a school that you would want your child to attend if you do make sure that they have a room by them self because and damges no matter if it is your child or the next child you will get charged for it my daughter got charge for something that was not hers at all we even have proof and when i spoke to Natalie Reed she had a attitude with me and then told me the decision is final no the decision is not final you will not charge my daughter for someone mistake i will be reaching out to a lawyer because this is unacceptable my daughter work hard for her money and as a parent i refuse to let anyone take from her especiallywhen it wasn't her fault

Great and very helpful staff! Great for living on campus as you are walking distance from classes and the dinning hall. I am very happy that I chose to live on campus here. The staff have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond to make it an awesome experience living on campus!

Run!! Do not recommend! They're operating a scam. If zero stars were possible that would be my rating. They have you fill out a move-in form to indicate any previous damages, then they never look at it again or conveniently lose it or completely disregard it. I was concerned about this prior to my son living here his freshman year from reading prior reviews, and against my better judgement we went forward with it. They kept $100.00 of my deposit plus the expected cleaning fee, they claimed the "other" mattress in the shared room which was assigned to another student was ripped, that student indicated that he listed that as previous damages, but they are claiming he didn't and since neither party is claiming responsibility then both of us are being charged. They also came back after I submitted my appeal and said that both mattresses were ripped, when indeed I can guarantee my son's mattress was not ripped and we used several mattress protectors. The dorms are an absolute rip off! I surely hope the University starts listening to these parents and students complaints and does something positive.
