My husband, Ray, and I went to return a pair of Ray Bans that were the wrong size and fit. We were not expecting to have any luck with getting the right pair. My husband has had a time with that! Let me tell you we had the most wonderful young lady named, Honey. She was knowledgeable, kind, and A+ in service!! My husband walked out of that store with the fit and style that he wanted. She is customized the glasses to fit correctly around his ears. He was so happy, made his day! Whoever just made her manager, excellent choice! We will be coming back for our future purchases!!!

I recently had Lasik and after 35 years of glasses I had no idea what I wanted in a pair of sunglasses. I showed up to the store as soon as they opened and began a rigorous selection process that involved probably an hour of trying on glasses, finding ones I liked and then changing my mind. Honey was the name of the person that helped me giving me plenty of information on just about every pair I picked up. She was a huge help and not only didn't seem frustrated by my indecisiveness but was very personable and friendly. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. It was a great experience and I will be sure to visit again in the future.
