Michelle and Blake from Lakeland Title was nothing but a slice of happiness everytime you talked to them. They are extremely personable and informative. I will recommend them for anyone needing title services. Its not everyday you can find hard working people that are personable enough to create such a friendship over the phone. My wife and I closed on our home today and it went GREAT!! There were some last-minute issues that Blake was able to help us work through so we could still close as expected. Carmen was always cheerful and helpful every time I called. I highly recommend using Lakeland Title.

My family was buying a house, we were referred to Mallory at Lakeland Title as our Title company. We were so absolutely satisfied. She went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Every time we called they answered the phone and answered our questions and asked if we had any more. They made the closing absolutely flawless. We spent more time talking and enjoying conversation with each other then it took to close on the house. Wonderful experience Mallory and Lakeland title are wonderful place to do business with.
