        I bought a new house and they bullied me into paying a $180 deposit, in addition to the activation fee for water. The charge really has no justification; its just more sliminess. They would not turn on my water in the new house until I did this. I dont recall having to fork over $200 for ambiguous causes with my utilities, ever.
