    The worst leasing and management ever. They dont care about nothing. The worst manager ever in my life. I was without air conditioning for 8 days in summer because they didnt bring nobody to fix it. We wait 1.5 years to get our bathtub fixed, they return the secure deposit 3 months after we move out, if you think to move to that complex think twice! They are rude when you ask to fix something in the apartment, we cant rate 0 stars but 1 is ok

    Never any parking if you get home after 7 pm you will have to park way out the way. I would get home from work around 7:30 and have to park on the opposite side of the complex. People with assigned parking park in guest spots and stay for the days. They will tow your car if youre not in a quest spot or back in.

    My Family and I have lived here for almost three years. Originally we had our house we had rented for many years sold quickly, and we choose Portofino becuase I had lived here as a child, and because of Alicia, our instincts told us she was someone we could trust. We were right. Courtney later joined the office team and we also greatly appreciate her. Also a honest person. Working with people you can trust is important, most definitely when it comes to your home. Any maintenance issues (normal living issues) have always been addressed in a timely manner. I have never had neighbors we didnt care for, and location is fantastic. Alicia and Courtney have done good things and put effort into their work. Bet when you meet them you feel the same way!

    I live there 6 months they did not want to replace the ac has freon leak had 3 different ac companies come saying ut needs to be replace water heater leaked downstairs has no pan on it and the neighbors downstairs had the same problem and theres was replaced but not mine also they didnt want to replace the oven since oven was off by 50 degrees they had the nerve to tell me that the foil in the oven is what was causing it to be off by 50, which is false anybody who knows how to cook on a grill knows that the foil helps keep the oven hotter Plus the females in the office dont know what theyre doing. Its just stay at home. I found A better place and the maintenance guys where I live now know how to do their job correctly and they dont have you wait for weeks to get a job done so if I were anybody wanting to live there I wouldnt because they also got bought out so if you move in, you wont last long living in there because theyre gonna be selling them as condos

    The apartments are spacious and cute. But the 2 stars is for the ladies in the office. They take breaks and leave together everyday so they lock the office and you can't enter if you need anything. There are no times or notices on the office door letting you know when they will be in. It's a guessing game. There is a water restriction so they are using a hose to fill a pond. They get packages delivered to them by mistake and they just leave them in the office. They do not notify the tenant , nor do they get in their golf cart to leave them a note or deliver said delivery fail. They like to leave early and do not like to wave back. Super unprofessional and unfriendly. It's disappointing because it is a nice enough area. Friendly neighbors. Just ran by the wrong people.
