I picked this park for several reason..1. it's a 55+ with 18+ also permitted to live here..since my son was in college it worked out..2. other family parks weren't as clean & well maintained as this park...3. it had a good size clubhouse,pool,hot tub and exercise room..4. it was close to all shopping centers..

Is a great mobile home park as great amenities the clubhouse is top-notch the pool area is just redone is getting nice cool pavers she don't burn your feet with a hot tub and showers it's a great Community to live in. Update as of five 2022. Your parents we finally have a residence committee and also a activity committee that is actually doing their job during the summer which is surprising cuz you know we catered to the Canadians that are here a few months a year and then they're gone and then what about everybody that lives here around ? But that's been a pleasant and welcome change. Unfortunately because we're a 55 and older Park is somewhat of a new rule that we have to accept a certain amount of underaged residents and their kids. Which we get it is a page of the times the grandparents raise their grandchildren. And a lot of others are just flying under the radar your people are here in the park that I'm registered with the office and that's just something we have to deal with cuz the office refuses to. Very disheartening for the most of the residents that shows this mobile home park because it is a 55 and older Park so we don't have to deal with the younger generations as much. For the most part those people very quiet which is nice but still it's like entering into the contract and the powers to be change according to their whims. Nonetheless is still a great place to live.
