Purchased a BMW X5 on January 14, 2017. Drive the vehicle for two days prior to going in a one week cruise. When I returned the back of the car dropped. Every road I drove on, it felt like I drove in a bumpy road it most felt like I was about to fly out of the car. I went back to them and informed them of this. In so many words I got, well you purchased a used car, what did you expect. Well I purchased a used car before and nothing like this happened in such a short period of time. The cost of the repair was almost 1700. I had to pay half . I guess they think I should ve ok with that. I must say I am fortunate to have the money. For all of you out here STAY AWAY. Jacob will come across nice, once you purchase he will have no time for you. Sam is your typical USED car guy. If you want something good, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... I continue to have issue after issue with this truck. Unfortunately I am not able to get out of my obligation at this time. My suggestion to you is to turn around and go to a better dealership
