        Am I missing something? I called to take care of my debt but Brightwater's voice message stated to leave a message and someone will call me back in 2 business days. I have been on the phone since noon today trying to take care of this bill and a customer service from the original debt holder said unfortunately, this debt can not be resolved because the new holders aren't taking any calls. What does that really mean? How is this even possible? So, what am I supposed to do? Brightwater, can you please call me back? Good grief!!!

        Called me with a very hostile voice and hung up when I tried to answer her. They are nasty and do not have anyone answering their phone. People trying to take care of the issue has no way to resolve it. Better Business needs to be reported!!!
