Key West RV Rentals

First off, Worst customer service I have ever received and had the potential to ruin our yearly family vacation to the keys. Before I go through the experience, here is the guy that was completely out of line, while using profanity over the phone and canceled my reservation I made. His name is Matthew holowinski. I Made a reservation months in advance for our yearly family vacation to Geiger Key camp ground for lobster season. After making reservation and confirming with the campground that the camper would fit in spot number 19. I called and made sure it would work with Key West RV Rentals, again months in advance. A few weeks before our vacation date Matthew(found out his name later after doing my research), calls my wife and tells her the camper we booked would not fit, so she changes to a smaller trailer. I was not aware of this until a later that date. Today I called Key West RV Rentals and no one answered. They did call me back and at the time, I did not know the name of the gentleman I was talking to because he refused to give me his name. I was calling in to inquire why they changed my reservation after I confirmed with Geiger key that it would fit. He then started getting very loud with me and yelling over the phone and using profanity. It was very bad. I am a assistant store manager for a large retail organization and this by far was unacceptable behavior. If you are planning a vacation ahead of time and you don't want to deal with major issues in having to re-plan your entire vacation, I would avoid these people. Horrible business practices. I'm calling it a blessing that it happened when it did and I didn't go through with Key West RV rentals because god forbid we had to deal with them during our actual vacation. I called and advised Geiger Key marina to think twice before recommending them. Matthew even emailed my wife saying that I called in and was coursing him out. I laughed when she told me this because it is completely absurd. They are liars and will make anything up to be right. Do not rent from them, I ended up renting from another business in Miami through RV share which I have used before and had a good experience. I told Matthew that I was going to right a google review about my experience and then he told me before hanging up on me that if I did, he was going to make me sound like a coward with a follow up message/review.

The RV was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, making our journey a breeze. The team's professionalism and attention to detail ensured a seamless vacation. From picturesque sunsets to unforgettable memories, this was truly the trip of a lifetime. Can't wait to rent with them again!

We had a great experience renting a camper through Key West RV Rentals. Communication was fast, RV was maintained very well, setup in the campground we chose was complete when we arrived, making settling in a breeze. The RV was spacious, clean, and gave us a great home base in the Keys. Highly recommend.
