        I DO NOT recommend HomeTech because they have an exploitive business model. On two separate occasions since February we had them to do a repair (the same one) on a faucet in our condo in Heritage Bay that is currently leased by tenants. ▪The first repair was never satisfactory, so I thought to give them a second chance. Because of scheduling problems for the Tennant, we couldn't arrange for the second repair within 30 days…so just a few days beyond the 30 day warrantee, we paid a second service call fee to allow them to redeem themselves. ▪The second service technician determined he could NOT repair the faucet, however, he could replace it with a faucet that is almost $500…and no other options are stocked on his truck. I recommend instead that you call Handy Manny for repairs. Message "Doc Courage" on Twitter, FB for contact info for Handy Manny (3/22/17)
