My husband and I purchased a home in Port St. Joe, FL from out of state (sight unseen!) and Jerry was amazing to work with throughout the whole process. He was patient, had great communication, and helped us find a home that fit exactly what we were looking for. Once under contract, Jerry was diligent in helping us source local vendors, ensuring everything was taken care of. Two days before closing we ran into some challenges with property insurance, and it weren't for Jerry, I don't think we would have closed on time! We would not hesitate to use him as our realtor in the future and will be recommending him to our friends.

My experience having Jerry Voth as our realtor was the best. Jerry was very helpful! He always went out of his way to make sure to send a text or place a phone call to me when he had a question, or when he wanted to inform me of any issues that may have come up. Being out of town this was very helpful for me and my family. He always kept me in the loop of things. I really appreciate his professionalism and the way he got things done. Jerry Voth has consistently listened to our desires, respected our research , advised us and answered unusual queries and coached us through buying just the property we had hoped to buy.
