Here is my honest experience with Terraboost so far: No one ever answers the phones, but their customer services does get back to you very quickly (within 24-48 hours). Daniel, my initial sales rep, was personable, quick to respond, and enthusiastic about the process. He went out of his way to ensure that I got a great value for my campaign and was quick and knowledgable with making changes and answering questions. He assured me that I could communicate with staff at my chosen venue to fix any issues with the cleanliness or positioning of my sani wipe stand, but because I frequent the location where my ads are displayed, I knew I'd have no such issues. Pablo, my art designer, created a great initial campaign design and made edits quickly, without issue. When I had questions regarding my billing and the status of my campaign, I unfortunately had very little luck getting a hold of anyone via email or phone. After trying a few other avenues, I got a fast response from the customer service email and had Starris assigned to my campaign as my official customer service rep. She apologized for the communication issues, updated me on the status of my billing and campaign, and assured me that she would be handling my campaign personally, adding timely updates whenever changes were made. I was so impressed with Starris' customer service, that it truly helped restore my confidence in this process after the stress of the billing confusion. I can't say how well the ads work at bringing in revenue, maybe I can update my review later once I have more information. Overall, I would generally recommend Terraboosts sanitizer wipe campaign ads to both small and large business owners, but with a few caveats: - Visit the location where the ad will be displayed BEFORE you choose. This will ensure you like the location and standard of care of the sani wipe station and therefore your brand. - Get in contact with your campaign's customer service agent ASAP (hope its Starris, but if not, make sure you have someone you know will answer when you email them BEFORE an issue arises.) - Read their terms and conditions thoroughly. This goes for signing any contract obviously, but it's important, especially if you lock in for 12 months. Looking forward to continuing to work with Terraboost. Hoping to see some real ROI over the coming months.

I call to try to cancel my actual campaign and they not accept. I'm paying for two boots in the entrance of TWO of the best CVS farmacy for 9 months and I dont receive 1 call. They do not cancel campaign
