I was a patient for a few years. I recently moved and had not contacted the office in some time because of the said move. I called today (2023) asking for a basic cleaning and the secretary told me they would not treat me. I asked why and she told me I did not get the deep cleaning they told me to get in 2017 and that I had "a lot of problems". I found her tone to be rude and dismissive. My only regret is calling again. Shame on you. By the way, she never asked me if I got a deep cleaning elsewhere. A lot happens in 6 years but apparently that doesn't matter.

I made an appointment on 1-26-23 to see a dentist. My dilemma was that my veneer crown had fallen and I needed to have a temporary one made. Dr. Ilon (seemed inexperienced with some attitude) saw me and I didnt get any feeling that he had any interest to help me and that his main interest was the amount of money he was going to make. They quoted me $500 to make me a temporary and didnt want to use my dental insurance. I refused their service, got up and left their office. I believe dentists also take an oath to care for their patients the only impression I received from this dentist was his financial interest. I dont recommend his or thus office to anyone.

I have not been to a Dentist in years, the decision to go to Radiant Smiles was more enhanced by the fact that both my dentist, Dr. DOLPHIN and his assistant were absolutely amazing, thorough and delivered my news with warmth and care. I am so glad I now have a new dentist!

Friendly and efficient front office staff. The dentist and hygenists are very knowledgeable and thorough. Convenient location.
