Room was disgusting. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude front desk staff.

Bad service... they charged me twice for the room and did not refund me because for them I did not show up in one of the rooms... ridiculous

Its a very quiet place but is an old building. Cabinets/closet are broken also if you stay longer than 11am they will charge. I checked it at 1240 and i got charged. The people at the office treat you like youre getting the room for free, Very rude and dont even smile at all. Im not staying at this location again. I went to oceaside the sister of this location and they were alot nicer at front desk

+ Location quite good for North Beach...a few minutes to the beach, restaurants, supermarket within walking distance. - Service fee for 12 days added to the hotel price that had to be paid - with no option not to pay - 410 usd... impudence! - Parking 16 usd per day... Fine 36 usd if time is 1 minute before parking ticket expiration. - Room musty with smell. - Room service was only regular every 3 days and it was chaotic...at times. fewer bath towels than before the service.. - According to the description on Check 24: washing machine and dryer in the room, which were not available on site. Just this service fee, who felt the hotel price and really arbitrarily increased it... --> never this hotel again!

Very dirty rooms. Avoid if you care about your health. Everyone complain about it. Rooms: Very dirty. In Europe they would be closed with this standards. It can be very dangerous for your health
