This is not a legitimate business; the website and 5 star reviews are a front for an amateur operation that can't manage appointments and likely doesn't even have employees or office space besides the two people on cell phones. Both times we tried to leverage their services, I booked a week ahead of time, and both times they texted on the day of after the arrival window to try to reschedule because they coudn't supply a cleaner. We gave them another chance after the first cleaning because it's so hard to find a compentent business in this city. I called and provided specific feedback/requests, agreed cost and requirements, scheduled, and was assured that we were good. Day of was texted 30 min into the scheduled arrival time. When I called, was told there was no record of the notes, agreement, etc. I've asked for my account, billing, and personal data to be deleted and they have not yet complied. Stay far away from these people regardless of how desperate you are to find a competent cleaning company.

We hired them to service a luxury event during Art Basel. They came in to clean up after the private dinner was done and they were incredible. Efficient, kind, willing to support as needed. The private residence was spotless when they left.

They must pay for these 5 star reviews because this company on the first time attempting their service was nothing short of a HORRIBLE experience. I'll keep it as simple as I can. The service was scheduled for 10am they did not show until 12pm.The cleaning was NOT satisfactory and when I call twice after the service no one answers. When you make a booking you get a tenative quote based on rooms, sq ft and extra services. That quote was 349. I receive a email a few days later with a subject line saying quote and nothing attached to it. So no updated quote was provided. Then i get 2 calls at 9.30pm indecent hours for business and rude text messages from the company saying they will sue me, etc for not making a payment. A payment by the way in which I had NOT received a quote for or anyway of paying for a quote.. after a lot text messages into the evening and a quote finally being provided by email at 450, and then a quote by text message of 400 was sent to me by a payment link with a text saying I'm cutting you some slack, even though you don't deserve it. After I make the payment of 400 it says cleaning and late fee a late fee for what they even had the audacity to attempt to charge a holding card, when I said once I receive a quote I will make the appropriate payment. I planned on using their services bi-weekly and I was called a thief for trying to get a better deal by no longer wanting to move forward on a regular basis with their service. Who in the right mind would ever consider using a service regularly who handles business this way- not only did they not address the issues of the poor cleaning to try to make it right, they threaten their clients, and charge cards without authority. The owner will now try to say slander on this review, so I've attached photos with proof, so all the future potential clients can be aware of the horrible service and treatment you receive if you decide to hire this company.
