Not all deals are picture perfect. And In these times were living in in 2020 with the whole virus pandemic, many people were affected and all lenders became very conservative and started updating guidelines that would affect then qualifying buyers from no longer qualifying. Jacopo and his partners were very understanding and were very accommodating and allowed us to find solutions in these trying times. Im grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with Jacopo and that we were able to get our deal closed. Thank you Jacopo. I look forward to working with you again, some day.
