That coupled with my busy and sometimes erratic work schedule added complexity to the process. Nevertheless, Neil was phenomenal at taking the time to explain things to me, walk me through every step of the process and my different options, eased my worries, was responsive and made himself available when it was convenient for me. He was able to get me a better rate than others I had previously spoken with and helped me close a month early. I was referred to Neil from a buyers agent for my listing. Not only did he keep me in the loop on a weekly basis, sometimes more, he kept me updated on where we were on the process. From the time the buyers signed the disclosure to when he gave us all the clear to close was a total of 14 days. Neil was a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to working with him again.
