Charley is the loan officer you've been looking for! We refi'd from Wells Fargo and did our shopping around with interest rates. Aside from Charley getting us the best rates, he is a genuine person. He walked us through every step and explained (and re-explained) as often as needed. Charley is organized, prompt, straight forward, and very easy to work with.
