Top notch service! Im a new plant lover /plant mom. Derrick was beyond helpful and patient with me and all my questions and concerns. I needed a maintenance call before leaving town Daniel and Miquel were beyond professional and knowledgeable. I just went back to purchase another plant and again great service etc. I highly recommend this nursery.

Very poor selection, and everything here costs between 2 to 3 times elsewhere

Shocking experience. Guy with the pony tail is one of the worst business owners Ive ever dealt with. Bought a large plant for $200. It infested my apartment with bugs. No problem, happens. Called to return the very next day and he said to bring it in for a refund or store credit depending how bad it is. I then arrive and he says he cannot accept plants back, so he cant give a refund, after he told me to he could on the phone. Showed him all the sprays I bought to get rid of the bugs, but he didnt care at all. Guy checked the plant and said it was totally ok, but then says he cannot resell it I left him the plant and he didnt even try to make things right. Im a business owner myself and can tell this guy is clearly desperate for money. Doesnt care about customers. I always give people 5 stars to help them out because I know how hard business can be, so me going out of my way to give a 1 means its really bad
