I worked with Pavel and Melissa at Compass when purchasing a second home/condo in Miami. As I am a very busy professional and not local in the area and was traveling to Miami from Boston, they really made the process efficient, easy and flexible for me. With Pavel I worked on searching for a property. When I first arrived for showings, I realized the properties I picked remotely were really not a good fit. Pavel understood my taste quickly and took the whole weekend just to walk with me around the neighborhoods and looking at the buildings to help with selection. This was a huge help determining where I want to own! Later, Pavel was very efficient scheduling as many showings as possible for limited time I could be in town and given how hot the market is in Miami now. With Melissa I worked on documentation and property due diligence, she is very fast, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a concern about the association and some of their proceedings and Melissa was instrumental in finding answers from the association and lawyers under tight deadlines which made me confident and well informed about my purchase. I also felt she always kept in mind my interests as a buyer and she was always protecting my investment. All in all, Melissa and Pavel are great professionals with substantial local knowledge and network and I highly recommend them if you are buying a property in Miami.
