I had received quite a few letters from companies who were interested in buying my property but was suspicious of scams and I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with them. I’m so glad that I waited. Steven and Joseph gave me a good feeling from the beginning. They were prompt when I had questions as well as accommodating to my personal needs. I still can't believe that I sold my home. It was that easy. Joseph and Guy took care of everything, and I mean everything.
