Jodi Strang and the employees of this firm are amazing. This is the best firm I have worked with and we have purchased many properties throughout the years. Jodi went above and beyond for us and worked to ensure she represented our best interests. Jodi was very professional, helpful and responded quickly whenever we reached out. Jodi and her team worked closely with our realtor to ensure that our closing went as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately the sellers realtor that we were dealing with was very difficult to work, dishonest and rude but Jodi was able to navigate the situation to get us a successful closing. Will work with Jodi and her firm again. Highly recommend! The sellers realtor that I mentioned above and his assistant both posted negative reviews on this site. I would disregard anything they mentioned because none of what they wrote is the truth. Its a real shame that he is trying to put a stain on Jodis reputation due to his own negligence and incompetence regarding his obligations per the terms of our contract. Once again, I cant stress enough how great it was to work with Jodi and her team.

Why do we love Jodi Strang? She's a deal maker not a deal breaker. She understands that the buyer wants to buy and the seller wants to sell. This is exactly what all parties want in a real estate attorney!

Unprofessional, dishonest with finance. Charged a fee without approval of the seller. None authorized fee charged to themselves for services and issues the buyer was trying to receive. Do not use this firm.

Do not conduct business with this Title Company, you will regret it! After closing my client had to wait 2 weeks to get the funds disbursed from the sale of his property. The reason was that nobody was paying them for the extra time, so Jodi could not attend the matter. She ended up sneaking into the final disbursement order an additional $500 to be paid by my client the seller, without consent. I have never seen a title company and or attorneys behave in such a shameful and unethical way. This is beyond comprehension and they are not dealing in a honest manner. Shame on them and they should not be allowed to be acting as Title and closing agents! Buyer or Seller beware!
