        I highly recommend the rental community where I live. The staff, especially Carla and Daniela, is excellent, providing great services. The process to obtain the apartment was easy and quick. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience.

        Avalon Doral is an awesome community to live. I have been living here for more than one year and will continue living here. The whole office are easy to communicate and responsible, maintenance team are friendly and they fix things timely (usually in 1-2 business days).The building is always clean, and fair sound proof in most of the time. It has a prefect location taking you to anywhere: - 5 mins to Downtown Doral and CityPlace Doral (walkable distance about 20 mins to Publix, The Fresh Market, city park, CMX cinema, restaurants and bars). - 15 mins to MIA airport - 20 mins to Brickell / Miami Downtown - 15 mins to UM, 15-20 mins to FIU - 10-15 mins to Dadeland Mall - 10-15 mins to IKEA, and Dolphin Mall - 30 mins to Sawgrass - THE ONLY CONCERN IS no Trader Joe's or Whole Foods nearby!!! I really wish there could be one. - Also there is a plaza nextdoor about to open, hopefully there will be some food or service. I look forward to seeing if there could open a Trader Joe's lol.
