        Im a native of the region, I know typical Miami customer service. Its generally pretty bad. This one was beyond bad. Its a pity. I like to support small businesses, particularly in my hometown. But being hung up on just doesnt fly. There are plenty of other nails salons in Miami Springs that are at least pleasant. Horrifically rude.
