Miami Acura Service Department

If you believe time is a valuable commodity, this service department is not for you. Today was my 2nd visit. Came in for a B1 maintenance which is essentially an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 7:42am, left at 9:45am. TWO HOURS wasted in what any other dealer usually does in 40-60 minutes. Acura euphemistically calls this "accelerated service" (check the picture and see for yourself). This wait time was a repeat of my first visit, which I thought was a fluke (it wasn't). This is completely unacceptable and the wait is not even comfortable. There's "free wi-fi and coffee" (wow, how uniquely generous!) but the employees loudly and playfully behave in the *customer* wait area as if they were in a frat house. In sum: a place to be avoided.

Very friendly. Very efficient. I was in and out for battery servicing in 25min. Every time I bring my car in the customer service is top tier!

I liked the service during the visit, very comfortable waiting deposits and ease of Wi-Fi, TV, various waiting areas. They offer free coffee and bottled water. candy machine too.
