I ordered a Wyndham vanity from Home Design Center. After complete installation of the vanity and all the plumbing and faucets were in place, we noticed that there was a leak from the bottom of the sink! When we inspected closer, we saw not only one hole, but also another area that looked like it was previously patched. I called Home Design Center to speak with Batu. I was asking for a full refund. He said he will do his best to help me. After he called Wyndham (who makes the vanity) and the corporate office for Home Design center, he said there is nothing they can do because the vanity was already installed! This cost us a lot of extra money and time but neither Wyndham nor Home Design Center were willing to compensate us for any of it. They were very nice people to deal with, but unfortunately I will not be buying from them again because they do not back up their products. Make sure the company you purchase from has a business policy that they are willing to refund your product if there is a problem with it. I had given this company a 5 star review before all this happened and I would've left the 5 star review if they were willing to compensate us for all the trouble, but they said "there is nothing Home Design Center or Wyndham can do!" I will also warn you not to purchase any products manufactured by Wyndham since their quality assurance seems to be faulty. I tried to speak with owner Batu again, but he put me on hold and never came back. I also spoke with Toalga from corporate who told me he will follow up with me, but I never heard back from him either and I left him several messages.
