I booked an appointment to do my hair with the owner and when I got there I had to wait for a very long time because the owner was busy talking on the phone. When she noticed that she was running late she made someone else in the salon do my hair. This other person didnt know what she was doing. I really had a bad experience and I felt that this salon and the owner are not professional and dont treat their customers with respect. My hair color did not come out how I wanted. I showed her a picture of a brunette bayalage and she put chocolate color which came out RED! She over processed my hair my ends are super dry. Also did they botox treatment which she left for too long because she was literally taking care of 2-3 other girls at the same time as me and my root feel dry too! Was there from 2p-9p Super upset and I payed 370$$!!! 100% Do not recommend this place!! Services: Balayage, Hairstyling
