This approach helps us manage our schedule effectively and minimize wait times for our clients.Regarding the request for card information when scheduling appointments, we do this to minimize no-shows and ensuring the availability of our services to all our clients. The card is only charged in the event of a no-show, or late cancellation as outlined in our policy.We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred during your recent visit as our first shift receptionist does not speak perfect Spanish, I believe the disconnection may have been a language barrier.
