I just got my beauty.I would like to thank for Jose Shiuk..I got my second car from him and he is really nice guy,he understand what u need and he helps u as he can.He is very professional in sales department.U know its sometimes get complicated buy a car and specialy if u dont have someone to trust.Well at this point Jose helped me so much..Also i would appreciate to Ted from the financial department..He explain us everything with every detail.He is very patient guy cause we just ask too much questions to him 😀Anyway guys thank you for everything and take care !

Brickell Honda Service Dept. is your typical bait 'n switch service dept. They get you to commit to an amount mid-way having your car, quadruple that amount after they've "baited" you and when you refuse service, you get the real s%&t end of their "customer service". Do your homework before having your car serviced here.

We purchased two cars at Brickell Honda and it was a very good experience. Brandon Regaldo helped us and he was super patient and never pressured us. He helped us find the perfect cars for us! We will be longtime customers at Brickell Honda.

Worst car dealership I have ever been too, I called for a Pilot they had black edition in white the manager tells me to come in and he would work out numbers with me I get their at around 2 o clock when I had the appointment. I get their they would not give me numbers 20m later I see the lady walking out with the pilot I must say this place is horrible and all they do is put clients vs each other because they are Terrible sales people.I will for sure tell everyone about this place and how terrible they are. You might of sold 1 pilot but are about to loose 1000s of sales.
