El Car Wash - Palmetto Bay

Facilities are so modern. All sorts of conveniences too. Had a credit card issue as well. They were accidentally charging my card twice. I didn't know for almost a year. They quickly gave me credit back, no hassle. Recommend!

I come to this location almost everyday and I have to say that everyone is super nice! Sandra is very friendly and always greets me with a smile. The gentleman that guides you for the entry is also very nice. I have been to some of your other locations, but this is my favorite! Keep up the good work! Daisy Reed

Internal traffic after is congested and you have plenty of associates (employees) standing there doing nothing and they dont help to alviate traffic. Also the thin blower at the station barely blows strong then u ask and they tell you thats how it is , then you go to the other carwash and its perfect. But as far the car wash its really good and convenient.

My car magically has scratches in the hood now, its this Palmetto specific car wash location, Im a member since long ago, being in many of the locations and never have a problem before . But this location is messy most of the time, I noticed when I get home so theres no chance that I can claim anything unless someone reaches out to me
