Went in for an oil change & coolant check. Was fast & efficient as well as excellent customer service. Also received a complementary light buffing; the lights look new. Have also had two flat tire experiences that Dream Bros helped significantly. They were able to come fix it while I went to work with no trouble. Highly recommend & found to be reliable. We are In Miami from Wisconsin and my alternator belt broke, Dream Brothers took my car in at 3 pm and had in fixed in 2.5 hours. Was repaired at a great price. My faith in humanity is alive. Thank you so much

I scheduled an appt to have Dream Bros come to my house to wash and wax my car. I made the appointment earlier in the week as I have very little time off from work and have to plan accordingly. They said they'd be here Sunday morning at 11am. At 11:15, there is no message and no ones here. I call and ask when they're to arrive. They say that they're waiting to see what the weather's going to do. I said, why didn't you 1) at least tell me you were worried about the weather instead of just not showing up and 2) ask me how the weather is where I live, since the sun is out here. Apologies from them but then I find out that they're working on someone else's car and can't get here for another 2-3 hours. What kind of service is that? Nope...I'll go somewhere else. I wanted to set up a biweekly service as well, but this company is not going to get my hard earned money. NOT IMPRESSED
