After hearing great things about this service, and reading the reviews, I called them so they can do a deep cleaning on my EMPTY house since I was moving in days after. The day of the cleaning I was not home since I was working and I wasn't able to check how they did, the next day I had to travel for work, 5 days later I went home to check how everything was, turns out it was a COMPLETELY DISASTER, professionals? deep cleaning? NO. extremely mediocre work. Im 7 month pregnant and I had to clean EVERYTHING myself, things like dust everywhere, liquid stains that were easily removed by me with clorox wipes and much much much more. I would NEVER hire them again, and I would never recommend them to do a deep cleaning, maybe a light cleaning. But if you are looking to see your home spotless and new I would not make the same mistake again. Lost my money and my time with them. I contacted the owner and she said they have a policy of 3 days later of a not happy with cleaning they can go back. But if they CANNOT do something as SIMPLY as cleaning an empty house imagine. Its not something specific that I was not happy about it was in GENERAL so no, its not that they can go back and clean what was dirty is doing your job right the first time, becuase for them to go back 3 days later was to do everything again because the ENTIRE house was filthy. I wanted to take this time to write an honest review about Colba Group: Not only their client service from the beginning was very professional and helpful, but their crew, their service and their equipment/supplies exceeded all of my expectations. I hired them for a Move - In Deep Cleaning Service. My apartment was left filthy from the previous tenants, and the Colba Group crew that came to my house was able to leave EVERYTHING squeaky clean. From the oven, to my closets, windows and terrace. My house smelled and looked like it was never used. Unlike other Cleaning Companies, the price I received at the beginning was the same price that I had to pay once the service was finalized. They will now be coming to my house on a recurring basis every two weeks for a general clean and once a month for a deep clean. I always seek to find responsive and profesional companies, and I found it when contacting Colba Group. Service: Deep clean
