        Sent back statements and then silence, no follow up or response. I had to follow up to get a response in which case I was told, a certain amount needed to be in bank. This information and requirement should have been disclosed prior to sending the bank statements. Please, I just ask that you let customers know what to expect and be upfront about the process. Most customers will respect you for this even if they do not receive a loan. Customer Service 101

        This is the company you want to deal with in a crisis. Eitan was amazing, attention and delivered! My bank (BofA) still hasn't shown up with PPP $ and I took a fly with Quick Loans Direct (never hearing of them) but boy, I'm glad I did! Highly recommend them!
