1- If you want to waste time trying to cancel a membership. 2- If you want to spend hours calling a Call Center that is not from the same company, to cancel the membership and after they answer you they tell you that you must go in person. 3- If you want to continue being charged even after canceling the Membership. 4- If you want to waste time calling the bank and settle unauthorized fees. 5- If you need unnecessary problems in your life and even negatively affect your credit score. This is the perfect place.

They tend to charge. Without attending. In March/2024 my wife traveled out of the country and I reported it asking them to cancel the membership ((Without having a contract)) after making calls they still charged it $213.00 / Tremendous negotiation. In the end, clients are run over by this type of action.

The equipment is good and place is clean, but they constantly play rap music at a deafening level, so loud that when my wife and I try to listen to our own music on our earbuds, we can't even hear it. Even in the bathrooms it is super loud. The music is never lowered, there's never a break at any time. Staff is nice.
