Hired an installer near me using this product and am very happy with the end result! I had broken tile in the bed rooms and living space. The installer efficiently worked with his team to prep the space and work within the timeline he proposed. Already recommended him to a few of my friends! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this very unprofessional company. It delivers a very lousy job and even worse customer service when there is an issue and trust me THERE WILL BE ISSUES. First of all, the job quality is very very bad, floor gets scratched easily & instantly and it shouldnt be like that. It supposed to be very durable (as we were told you can use a hummer and nothing will happen to the floor). It couldnt be more wrong. We can barely walk on our floor, its gets dents all over AND we are super careful. You put a chair and sure enough there will be dents forget about bigger size furniture. And when you try to contact them ( if you are lucky enough to get a hold of them) sure enough you will get an attitude well, maybe this type of floor is not for you. Very very attitude-y and try to intimidate you the hard way. They dont stand behind their job. They dont reply your messages. They will promise the world but deliver a lousy job, get paid and disappear. They dont even deserve one star...

I hired Policrete to do my 3000 square foot condo. They sub contracted the job out to J & V Epoxy coating. I thought they were the same company. I left my condo for 26 days to try and have them do the job quicker. I returned and there is damage in every room. Vitor or Victor ( not sure which one is right) is the person from J & V that supposedly is doing my work. He was supposed to come this morning to go over the details of all of the issues. He also still has to do one more room and one of my balconies. My house was left in total disarray. There is epoxy on my marble island. There is epoxy on my free standing tub. Many of my doors will not open without scratching the floors. The base boards are all ruined . There is epoxy EVERYWHERE. And the floors do not even look even or good. I was quoted $40,000 for this job. I BEG YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. Today I was complaining that there is epoxy spilled over my balcony onto the other balconies below me. I am sure my condo is going to file an insurance claim for this and I may get in trouble as this is a brand new building. I am trying to ask Policrete to speak to me as I am not comfortable with the work Vitor/Victor has done but now they aren't even answering me. I have paid 2/3rds of this cost already. I clearly will be having my lawyer deal with Policrete unless they are going to make this right. This is a MESS. See attached pictures. Paula Mars has avoided my calls/emails/texts. And the owner of Policrete is telling me that I only need to speak to Victor/Vitor who is HIS sub contractor. RUN before you decide to do this. My brand new condo cost me $3.5 million and now its likely lost a lot of value. Service: Epoxy floor coating
