I can't say enough good things about the experience with Don Bailey Flooring. Elisa was on top of everything through the entire process -- from coordinating all of the paperwork for my condo building to ensuring the installers were getting the job done correctly and according to the timeline. I wish all of my renovations had gone like this. The price was fair. The customer service was excellent. The workmanship is superb. And now I have beautiful floors that will last for years and years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Outstanding service from Kevin S. I purchased tiles from Don Bailey Flooring in December. When our renovation finally started after a few months delay, we noticed a few of the tile boxes were broken. I contacted Kevin who immediately arranged to replace the boxes free of charge. Kevin's outstanding client relationship and communication skills transformed me into a loyal customer. Recently I visited the Don Bailey Carpet & Tile showroom, and was warmly greeted by Lisa, who is the project/sales manager. Lisa graciously showed me samples of the flooring that I was looking for, and answered all of my questions. My project had a beginning, middle, and end..and Lisa was there to assist and guide me every step of the way. Jan was responsible for the installation of my flooring project. Jan proved himself to be an expert in his field, and I appreciate his knowledge and skill. Together with his crew, my flooring was installed in a timely, clean, and professional manner. The end result is breathtakingly beautiful. I am very pleased with my overall experience. and am taking the time to recommend Don Bailey carpet and tile to anyone who is looking for a project with: -quality -integrity -communication -peace of mind.
