If you have thicker textured, or textured hair at all, I suggest to not come to this salon.It seems that they only have experience or an agenda of working with thinner hair types. I went for a curl treatment, but instead, she conditioned my hair and tried to blow dry it flatter and flatter, when my hair is naturally thick.After a visit to this salon, my hair is no longer curling, and has been thinned out, to the max. I am sure that this is what they wanted, as their agenda is "thin hair" is better. Which by the way, it is not. My hair used to be beautiful, and this has affected my occupation, as well. As my hair is no longer holding the same texture and strength that it did, before.I am very disturbed by the treatment of this salon. I called very politely to express my problem to them, and see what I could do, but instead she gave me an attitude and suggested that this was not my problem, and that they have never had this problem before. That is very rude to say while speaking with a customer who has an issue. Most likely, they haven't run into this problem too much, because they are only used to working with thin hair types who don't mind their hair being as thin as a slice of ham. Although for myself, this is completely unacceptable. My hair is not naturally thin. I am an ethnic woman, with hair that is filled out, and I feel completely violated by how they tried to flatten my hair. It is wildly disrespectful disdainful.My what the woman did, and how she treated me, I would not suggest coming to this salon.

The employee of this salon has no idea about nails. The sides are so filed that nothing can be done with them.
