I paid for an internal water assessment on 9/13/22. Josh was really thorough and spent a lot of time answering my questions. However, I did not receive the assessment report in a timely manner and had to call the company 3 times before receiving a call back. When the company did return my call, they took full responsibility for not sending the report in a timely manner and issued me a full refund for the assessment, which is very much appreciated. I have written this review assuming I will still receive the report, as promised, within the next 24 hours.

Young man (Josh) came out & did a masterful job of evaluating the problem. He had his thermal imaging scan thingy inside, his high tech drone outside & access the whole situation completely. Explained everything in layman's term (of course I asked a thousand questions). The estimated proposal was thoroughly written; very professional, itemizing every job detail, description, start & finish. The estimate wasn't free; not to expensive, not cheap either, but it was worth it.

My entire experience with Moisture Master Pros was stellar. From scheduling to inspection, repairs and cleanup, every person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I called about water damage from a roof leak, they came out just a couple days later and did a detailed inspection inside and out. All staff are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. While it took me a few months to save up for the repair, Josh & Eric came out and immediately got to work two days after I called to schedule. They were so kind and even helped out on a small basement issue from a previous flood. Even though my partner and I were working from home during the repairs, Eric made sure to let us know when hed be getting noisy. The attention to detail is unmatched, and I would recommend Moisture Master Pros to anyone who wants a thorough job well done! When you are looking for a contractor, it can be frustrating and an extremely difficult process to navigate; vetting a contractor is one thing, but once the work is underway, it always seems to be a completely different ball game. Well, that is not a problem with and Moisture Master Pros. Josh is an expert and very professional, he will give it to you straight, talk through your options, and be patient with you as you vet other contractors. His crew are polite, show up on time, and respond to questions immediately. Moisture Masters Pro will certainly not be the cheapest option, but for what they do and the amount of care with your property, in my opinion they are worth it. My only regret was not using Josh when I bought the property. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Josh and team!
