I have been business for 25 years in similar industries and the motto moving forward will be win lose or draw customer leaves happy . We have rekindled our vendor relationships with STIHL,GRAVERLY ,ARIENS ,TORO ,KAWASAWKI,BADBOY AND SEVERAL OTHERS .Our store is fully stocked and ready to serve .We are still working on ironing out the kinks in our operation but our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients .You will know the difference the second you walk in . Charged me for work that I didn't even request. When you call to ask about charges, imanager just hangs up on you or doesn't answer the phone at all.Paid for belt to be replaced, brought it home and it's still broken. Took it back to south, they said it would be no charge because they didn't fix it properly, kept it for 2 weeks, said there would be absolutely no extra charge three times and then tried to charge me extra. Very unprofessional. There were small children in the back where the mechanics were working. Always a run around about why it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get your machine fixed. Was bringing my machinery here until they started lying. Now that I've read the reviews I see there are a lot of other people that were charged for work that they did not ask for. That's against the law.
